I had the pleasure of working with Bryon G. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and easy going. I did not feel pressured at any time. I made several trips to the dealership before making up my mind. He gave me quotes, a few test drives, a few text and a few phone calls. He was there for me when I was ready. Definitely a good experience. Will use this dealership for parts and service and any other future jeep needs.

I bought my brand new RAM 1500 limited Tony was the sales guy dealt with and he was amazing from beginning to end he helped me with everything over the phone including help me getting my truck delivered everything was smooth amazing this is a top notch place if you want the best price and the best service this is the place to go!!!! Once again go to Tony he is five stars across the board he will help you with anything and everything you need just a couple pictures and The truck was delivered in perfect condition so there delivery service is amazing

Been going here for 13 years and their service has gone in the toilet and I am NEVER GOING BACK! They recommended a 1,000 fix for something that did not work...same light went on during my drive home. Also, when they told me what was wrong and how much it cost, the service rep told me 'he wouldn't do it'..indicating I should scrap the car and buy a new car...i actually thought about it for 15 minutes before greenlighting their fix recommendation. They also vandalized my car...I now have over 60 scratches on my roof.
Extremely pleased with my experience at Glenn Thomas. Mike Davis, my sales consultant was great to deal with and his communication was the best I have seen from a car dealership (and I work in one). As a matter of fact, it was his high level of communication which sealed the deal. I drove past 4 Jeep dealers on my way there. From road test, to paperwork, to walking out of finance was under two hours which was awesome. Cindy in Finance was also great. I will recommend all of my friends, family, clients, and co-workers to Mike and Glenn Thomas.
