We used traffic management on a job in Hermosa Beach and they showed up late. Never posted the street for us and then a complete disregard for giving us a credit for the huge mistake. The foreman also tried to put the blame on our company . Not very good at Schelling projects and then standing behind the mistake. Cost several thousand dollars and no one ever even returned my phone calls. Even stopped by the offices to try and resolver the issue with them to no avail...

TMI has many problems. They run trough workers like a temp agency but much worse. The HR Dept doesn't know what they are doing and management is clueless on how to lead and respect its workforce. TMI almost always has new positions listed because of it's high turn-over in over-worked grunts. They will never change because they don't care. Do yourself a favor and pass on this diseased soul crushing company.
Good people. Except the prices are too much. You ask for 30 mins of a closure. They charge you for a days work. Ask anywhere else.
Great company... The closures they provide for their customers are one of the Best.
Staff's way friendly like they actually enjoy working there :-) and the receptionist ;-) she's above and beyond :-).... came in to install pallet racks
