Against my wishes our building association decided to have a water detection system put in each unit. Personally I thought it to be unnecessary. I am happy to admit that I was wrong! Not too long after Water Alarm Pro system was installed and I was visiting family in Maine, the leak system detected a leak under my kitchen sink. I received a text saying where the leak was and that the water valve shutoff. Maintenance went up to confirm cleaned it and we had the pipe repaired. I can’t tell you how much relief I felt since it’s been less than a year that I had exotic hardwood flooring installed. STRESS AND ANXIETY SAVER, THANK YOU!
