I was very disappointed in how this company handled us over the weekend.Several calls were done to find out why we didn't receive the portable toilet asked for. There was not a clear answer to that question. Called several more times just to never getting a response. I completely understand there was an emergency but the disregard to not reaching back to apologize or make it clear is what bothers me the most. I should have paid attention to the ratings and comments but I wanted to try them out myself. Well, did they prove me wrong and every unhappy customer right. NO ONE I mean absolutely NO ONE should give them business. In NY respect of a company is through customer service. That was a fail with this company. Referral DENIED not because of the giving emergency it is because of poor customer service. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. Thank you for nothing.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, I have a unit now, have had it going on almost two weeks and had it. Pumped out last Friday, and has not been pupmped, cleaned or repaperd with tp since then. I am Really upset about this because i payed good money for good service and i still haven't received a reply. Plus my toilet is still full of %*!
We would just like to said thanks for America's portable toilets. They are good people to work with and have nice clean toilets and good service. We needed some toilets for our employees called them and they came right out with the Toilets. There prices are affordable . We just love that service man Austin. Call these people will do you right.
These guys are awesome we needed a porta potty for a family event on short notice and they went above and beyond to help us, it was also 4th of July weekend so a big plus thank you guys from the bunch out by Lakemont, and our service guy Jason was great :)
