My family and I visited this place two days ago. Although we created memories I must say...if you don't know how to swim please do not go. There are parts of the river that were a bit rough on the two hour tour we experienced. Also the green tub that has the back rest is not for everyone. It appeared to be the most comfortable but indeed it was not. Again the experience was amazing and the staff were really nice. I also met a dog name Patience who was so lovely and patient. She was definitely family to the crew.

Loved this place! To get out of the city and relax a few hours so many to choose from on green river we picked Silver Creek so we glad we did! Regina treats you like family! Plenty of tube sizes sizes to choose from, very clean, great views from just the parking lot the ride down is amazing, no waiting on the bus it's waiting on you! The foods good too! Going back this week and would recommend to anyone!!
The tubing itself was really fun... but I will never again go through this place to do so. There are a few places right along the river and I encourage you to pick any of them instead. We went to Silver Creek yesterday and spent maybe an hour standing in line to pay, which we weren’t surprised because it was a Saturday. We went to use the restroom and their plumping was not working so that was gross, as it was fixed after our trip. The part that gets a one star rating is the fact that when we went up to pay, we’re handing a receipt and told by a lady named Virginia to stand in a grassy area at the “front desk” to wait for floats. We stood there maybe half an hour without ever being helped by anyone. More and more people showed up as well and stood with us. Finally we all realize that we’re not even waiting in the right area... there’s a bus full of floats that kept driving by the area we were in, but never stopping... After awhile we followed the bus and realize we were all told go stand in the completely wrong area. Where we waited in another line for almost two hours and still had to take a bus to the starting point. Took us THREE hours to pay, get a float, and get on the river. I understand that Saturdays are going to be busy, but to stand around for two hours just for a float is absolutely ridiculous.
My son and I went this past weekend and had a blast!
Be aware this county does not allow any alcohol on the river. Additionally the cooler rafts are tiny and there’s no tie together clips, just bits of nylon rope clipped up under the sign. Half the rafts were not properly inflated. No paddles at all. No warning of how dangerous the ride was. One of our folks broke her ankle, another was struck hard in the lower back by rocks, and all of us have black and blue rear ends. We limped off of the river to a nearby tubing company and got help. They drove us and our tubes back to the car and we cleaned up and left. Just not an enjoyable experience. You should offer paddles to everyone. Hands down for safety. And shame on you for allowing little kids on that dangerous river.
Fun experience
