These people are fraud, I didn't even apply and I got a call, they offered me online practical based PhD, didn't know a thing about Mechanical Engineering. Their website is made on blogspot or something. They told me if I'm unable to do a degree, they will offer me a PhD just for 4000 or something. Please don't fall for it.
