Attended a wedding here, our open bar was closed down for an hour for whatever reason, no big deal. So I went to the outside bar to see if I could just got a drink. The lady working the bar told me that we had an open bar inside, I explained that it was closed for some reason and was just wondering if I could purchase a drink. She said “no we cannot serve you or your party!” and said it so rude. I get it, no big deal. But then this younger gentleman came around the corner barking up a storm “Sir, you can’t be at this bar, your bar is inside!!!” I think they need some customer service training. And on top of that you would think that they want the revenue and the tips? Especially since there was maybe 2 other patrons at the bar. To be barked at like that for asking if I could order and pay for a drink, ridiculous. Would not recommend this place.
