Bad customer service experience!!I have used them before several times and had no issues. I called got a ticket for my mother-in-law in early March for April 13,2019. I spoke with a women named Mebrat. She called me two days before the departure date and said, “Ethiopian Airlines called and switched the date to the next day”!! When I asked why? She replied they done tell us why!!! I knew something didn’t seem right so I decided to call Ethiopian Airlines as well as spoke with them on the 14th at the airport and after careful looking into it; they told us it was changed by the agency and the seat was sold to someone else by them as well!!! Lost a good customer with multiple family memes that are frequent flyers!! Also will lose a lot more starting with the ones who recommended us and the ones we recommended!! Ethiopian Airlines was not happy to be used as an excuse for Admas bad business practices and ruin others reputations!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
