They offer replacement AND repair. They were not pushy, which I appreciate, and provided good service for my window repair. I had to knock off one star due to having trouble trying to contact them on the phone.

You will hear people say the prices here are exuberant, or that the service is a bit off, and they are people who have messed up doors and windows. The others say the only reason they are successful is because they are the only store that does what they do in the area. Quite correct. They are the only store in the area because the others ones sucked and failed. Blaine is not the cheapest. You want cheap, Amazon is right up there in your address box. Blaine has the selection in stock of what's common in this area. They have people who are well knowledged and understand the business and the technical side. Whether you're a novice to windows, screens and glass, or your a pro with a business, you will have a smooth transaction with them, and probably leave a bit more intelligent than you were when you came in. They have parts for doors, windows, screens, patios and anything else you can think of in that genre. They also have build services where they take your info and build what you need and I'm sure they have install services as well. Call ahead, their phone service is about as on point as their in person service. I have an account there for a reason, and I'm an auto mechanic.
Great service. You need glass, contact Blaine Window & Door. They will repair or replace your window. They have window screens too, pet friendly and solar blocking. Large selection of replacement hardware. Great knowledgeable staff. Ask for Wilson.
I have used Blaine Windows for about 20 years as my company manages many properties and they have always been our go to for window related needs. Until the past 5 months or so they were great; we called them and they got it done. Not anymore! I have waited almost three months for a piece of glass. They ordered and brought the wrong thing after we waited three weeks for the glass to come in. They went back and ordered the tempered glass which was required. It has been four weeks and they don't answer the phones or reply to emails, of which we have made and sent several times. There were several mishaps before this current situation but this one has lead me to realize we will need to use someone else for our repairs and replacements. It's tragic to watch a company fall apart like this.
I came in with a screen that didn’t fit its window properly, making it unusable and making us unable to have that window open on nice days. My go-to hardware store couldn’t fix the screen but suggested we try Blaine. They came up with a clever, cost-effective solution. I give them five stars for innovative thinking and being responsive to my needs.
