We found Jose to be very professional and honest with his business dealing. He took the time to clearly explain the results of the inspections, answer questions and offer an honest opinion of what options we had. If I were buying a new house, I would definitely call Jose for a thorough and honest inspection.

Jose Salazar did service on several areas (power washing, gutter cleaning, duct / vent cleaning of heating system) of our home and did it with great respect and totally exceeded our expectations. Jose is highly professional, very knowledgeable, flexible and honest. He is transparent, has infinite patience to answer all the questions his clients might have. He is also very east to get in touch with – he answers email and text message very promptly, and makes sure that his customers have full visibility into what he is going to do and when. EES is one of the most professional, communicative, and meticulous contractors I've ever worked with from scheduling to end of project clean up. They did an excellent job cleaning 2 HVAC units and a rooftop dryer vent which had never been cleaned out since the house was built in 1971. It was a big job but they were up to the task and handled it with great care. They tidied up well after themselves. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
