Marchel, customer experience manager it’s a SUPERWOMAN! She is kind, friendly, strong, and very helpful. She goes above and beyond. She deserves a raise!!!! I had a bad experience with the Seattle location but Marchel in the Silver Spring location was awesome and fixed it! I highly recommend this location. THANK YOU MARCHEL!!!! ️️️

Very helpful staff. Clean, warm, and comfortable waiting area. Bathrooms, vending machines, water fountains, seats all available. Easy walk from downtown Silver Spring. Pizza place and 7/11 across the street. If you buy tickets online in advance, you can get some great deals.
I was welcomed at the door with respect. The hostess regarded me as a mature and important customer. After the woman with two children, I was boarded with priority. It felt good to be treated like a person.
The doors were not open at 4pm So I could use the bathroom on Saturday. The front desk worker just stared and walked away. There is no good way to be picked up over there. Have you ride pick up across the street.
Honestly, don't even bother coming here. Greyhound has a horrible reputation of always being delayed by a COUPLE HOURS! Its just so unacceptable. I tried to go for a refund for my one way trip, but they were only willing to give back less than half of what I paid for!! Do not take your chances guys, I am warning you, you will regret it.
