We had an awesome experience with Alexander Morales and his team! The care and craftsmanship taken to design and build our patio and steps was outstanding. While we had ideas of what we needed, Alexander worked with us to design a patio that supported our concerns with runoff and water settlement, by including sitting walls and drainage. He was in constant conversation with us via visits and email about the work and timing. The workmen were very professional and precise in creating the stone walls and cutting and laying the flagstone for a beautiful finish. The worksite remained free of debris and all unnecessary items were promptly removed. At the close of the work, the team washed the stone, power washed the area, including our existing lower patio, and laid a groundcover on either side of the construction to encourage new grass growth. We are more than pleased with the work and would definitely use them for future projects.

After seeing several companies we decided to use Morales Stone and Construction. We followed up on references which were good and went to see some work in situ - patios in our case. Mr. Morales is a pleasure to work with. Work came in on time, on budget and is just what we wanted. Mr. Morales was responsive and professional throughout, making good suggestions about our project. His crew were on time and respectful of us and our property - he visited several times a day and was always available for questions. Recommended.
I was very happy with the work Morales Stone and Construction provided at my house. Morales gave me recommendations to help with the decision on my stone wall project, which I appreciated. Morales provided a quick estimate and started the job quickly after I agreed to the terms of my estimate. Morales always answered my calls and texts when I had a question regarding the project he was working on. Morales work crew was nice and polite. I would use Morales Stone again, if I have another future project around my house again.
I just had a front step and walkway done by Morales Stone and they did a beautiful job. I think it really added curb appeal to my home. I would definitely recommend them and plan to have them do more work for me in the future!

I used Alex and his team for a patio refinishing. I have had a lot of experience working with contractors on our 1930’s home and can honestly say Morales Stone & Construction surpassed my expectations and has been one of the best to work with. Alex is experienced and gave great suggestions on what was an old delapidated patio. His team was professional from the beginning and ensured to keep the job site clean at the end of each day. He kept within budget and was willing to work with me with some last minute changes. I can’t say enough positive things about Morales Stone & Construction and will be sure to use them again in the future for more projects.
I had a concrete walkway removed and replaced with a beautiful new paved walkway towards tot street, as well another new side walk towards to the office and on the extended front porch floor, also two garden beds and a 55 linear retaining wall. Quick return to my request and Mr. Morales always patient with my changes of ideas, he was even willing to go with me to his suppliers, so that I could personally choose pavers and stones. The workers could be faster, and as I am a detail person I provided sketches, but they still didn't pay to much attention as they should and because of that my husband and I rather to keep an eye on them to ensure that they were doing everything according to my details. However, I cannot fail to mention that the crew are hard workers, they arrived early, professionals and completed the job without incidents, and these positive characteristics are super important to us. We look forward to work Mr. Morales soon!
