I can't say enough good things about Russell and his team. I had just bought my home on Capitol Hill with a standard DC rowhome flat roof that was only a decade old but had never been sealed or treated. He beat out the other contractors' estimates and did a phenomenal job sealing the roof with aluminum fiber, as well as installing a couple plumbing vent collars that were needed. They went above and beyond in removing some old useless wires that were connected to the roof that I could have never gotten to, and repaired my gutter that was hanging off. They even tidied up and secured the loose/long wire from Comcast's internet installation without me even asking. They are extremely professional, prompt, clean, and efficient, and didn't try to upsell me on getting a brand new roof. I'd highly recommend Roof Solutions and will definitely be using them for future roof repairs and eventual replacement, and will be recommending them to my real estate clients as well. In August, Roof Solutions replaced my aged slate roof with a new high quality faux slate composite roof. The price was very reasonable and he kept to his word on the approximate timing of the work, accommodating my frequent travel schedule. The work was done quickly and competently. I had issues with the care of my yard, which he addressed. My only complaint was that the post project clean up was not handled well (due to heavy summer rains each evening during the work project). There were nails and metal shards in the garden and dog's yard, which should have been found during clean up. Russell Deighton managed the whole process well and was responsive to my questions and concerns.

Jerome and the Roof Solutions team were great and easy to work with. They communicate well with appointments, show up on time and they did a really great job! Invoice came via email which I paid online, super simple. When I thought I had another issue, Jerome came and took a look with me (it wasn't a roofing problem). Definitely would recommend them!
Very happy with the service. they called to let me know when they would arrive, and they came on time and did a great job. I thought the price was very reasonable especially since I hadn't had my gutters cleaned in years.
