Rossi's does a great job in providing good customer service and excellent work. They always take their time and care in relaying estimates and identifying the repairs you need, not just all of the repairs they think they can do. They want their customers to be very satisfied and return. We always do !

I have been going to Rossi's Automotive for years. A refreshingly honest assessment of the needed repair for your vehicle. The work performed is to perfection. The owner, Rod, strives to make sure that every customer is satisfied. Stop going to the dealer's service department. Bring your vehicle to Rossi's Automotive for quality work at a reasonable cost.

This is the first time I took my Porsche anywhere outside of the dealer where I purchased. Huge savings, fast turnaround and great customer service. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you!

I highly recommend Rossi’s. I was treated with respect, they showed me what was wrong with the car, and fixed it quickly and at 1/7th the cost of what the dealership wanted. Talk to Rod - he took care of my car. What happened was I took my car to the dealership because my “boot open” light wouldn’t let me lock the car. (My trunk wasn’t open, and there was nothing wrong with my car except the false alarm light.) Without even really looking at it, they told me it was “probably a sensor” malfunction, they’d have to order the part (it’d take a few days for it to come in), and the repair would cost me more than 700. And, nope, sorry, there was nothing they could do in the meantime to make it possible to lock my car. I called Rossi’s, spoke to Rod, and he agreed to see my car the next morning. I showed up a little after 8, and lo and behold, the problem was just a broken wire. They fixed it, I paid less than 150, and I was out of there well before noon. No more dealership for me. If/when my car needs more work, I’ll call Rod first.
