I just recently moved into this apartment building. From day one the staff has been truly helpful, friendly, and understanding. The apartment was a remodel and the upgrades are really nice and modern ️. The property team and Management has made me feel very welcomed. I’ve been working with the Leasing Professional, Chris. He really has gone above and beyond to make this process go as smooth as possible for me. I’m excited that they have garage parking, a gym on site, a swimming pool, and a Amazon Hub for packages. I’m excited to see how this goes. Thank you again to Chris and the Silver Spring Towers team!!

I have lived at Silver Spring Towers for almost a year and it's been a positive experience. The staff is great, the location is ideal (especially for proximity to the Metro as well as grocery stores and the downtown area), the price is fair considering the area, and it has been a good fit for a early to mid-20s professional looking for an apartment after college. I would recommend the building to anyone who asked me!
I have been at Silver Spring Towers for a little over 2 years and I've had a very positive experience here - especially because of staff and also good neighbors. During my entire time living here, I have not had any roach issues, which is tremendous and speaks to management's diligence in preventative pest control. When I have a maintenance issue, the response is very quick - a heads up would be good to have each time, though. I know that the property manager Daye really cares about her residents, evidenced by the community events and initiatives put on pre-COVID-19. And during this pandemic, communication has been clear, timely and thorough. My studio is comfortable, my neighbors are generous and post on the community board to share things/giveaway items, etc. I stay here because of location in SS, budget and hardworking, professional staff.
