I have used Sure Fit several times to install door locks and replacement locks for my office and my home. They are always on time, professional and courteous. I would recommend them if you need locks replaced or other security work.

After trying to get a schlage key made at home depot and being turned away (no inventory)- I came here and got 5 keys made easily. Really friendly fast service and amazing inventory of Key types.
Do not trust their inspection of doors. They did an inspection on my landlord's condo door and said it needed replacing for such a small bent on the door. Attached is the picture. Their customer support said a small bent is indicative of the door's \structural compromise\. I'd say this is indicative of their scam-like business practices. Don't believe me, then hire a private or state inspector and see what they say. I am sure you would notice a huge difference. In addition, they wanted to charge me 2.5k for replacing the door. 2.5x the market value. I am sure not going to do business with them when I become a landlord.
I can't say enough about the service received from Sure-Fit. So quick to help us out in a time of need. Great customer service from the time of the initial call! Great technician who was here in less than 15 minutes. Professional, courteous and sincere. I recommend them highly! I will definitely use them again. Great local Company in Silver Spring.
Just needed some keys cut. The gentleman that assisted me was very polite and I was in and out in less than five minutes.
