The best experience EVER!!! We were welcomed with free water, Rose's, and a very tasteful wine. Hubby and I did a couples massage, facial, and waxing. We were asked if we wanted to do all the services together or separate. I liked that my feelings were considered and not forced. We choose to do the services together and again it was the best experiences. My brown skin is extremely sensitive and dry. The specialist was very informative and gentle on every procedure. FYI:There is also free parking on the weekends. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone wore a smile, mask, and gloves. I can honestly say that it can be difficult finding a place that caters to a black woman and man needs. I have already made me and hubby next appiontment This is the perfect spa for me and my family.

Very unprofessional. The masseuse was SHOUTING from my room to her coworker in another room, and left and came back a total of *5* times, with no explanation as to where she went or why, and not knocking when she came back in. On one of these instances she was taking a call in the lobby and I waited for 5 minutes in the massage bed, mid-massage. How am I supposed to relax?? She also did not warn me when she was placing cold, or vibrating instruments on me, so I was startled quite often. I arrived on time for my 7pm appointment, and was expecting to leave at 7:50 as scheduled. Due to all of the interruptions, I didn't leave until 8:30. Leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because I genuinely think she had good intentions, but was just undertrained or they were understaffed. Regardless, I will not be returning.

The staff at the Magic Beauty Spa are very professional and care a lot about their clients and their satisfaction with the services they ask for. The place is very relaxing and very cute. I’ve been going here for facials, derma-pen and massages for about a year and i’m very happy with the results. I can guarantee 100% satisfaction every time! Love all the staff!
