I've called The Premier home for several years and have had nothing but a positive experience during my stay. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds/common areas are freshly maintained. The management is second-to-none. From Sean the property manager to Sam the maintenance engineer, the personal attention and outstanding service are just a few of the things that keep me renewing, year after year. A great mix of friendly neighbors, community events, club room mixers, etc. With a boutique feel and a smaller number of units, there is a very personal feel to The Premier. A great place to call home.

Best apartment experience so far. Everybody on staff from front desk to leasing to maintenance is incredibly helpful, maintenance issues get handled quickly, I pretty much never hear my neighbors, and they've also been handling the covid situation very well. Zero complaints from me, I'm on my second lease now in this building.
Unfortunately had to leave Premier, but my 2.5 years of living there was great! I cannot say enough about Management (Sean/Amanda), Concierge (Chyna, Mahalet, Tasha, etc ), and Maintenance (Sam) staff, they were truly amazing and I will miss them all! As for the property/community, it is definitely the best in Downtown Silver Spring. It’s conveniently located in the heart of downtown, but not quite in the mix of everything so it is still quiet and very safe. The building is extremely clean and the residents are friendly and they respect their neighbors. I 1000% recommend this property!
Great place, centric within the silver spring downtown, and easy access to Downtown Washington, DC were I work. Sean (the manager) made the moving-in process really easy and is always available to help out. The building is very well maintained by the staff. Definitely glad I moved here.
Extraordinary service. My partner and I love this community, and attention to detail. Fabulous location and the apartments are warm and friendly!
