Very professional and quick to responds to concerns. DR. is very professional and also responded quickly to my request for a call. What I may not have been clear about was that I live alone and have no way to get to the office during virus concerns because riding with anyone by car or Metro does not provide six fet of distance (social distancing) and I am at high risk because of age. heart disease and other previous health conditions.

I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Katira's medical knowledge and expertise, and can recommend her as a retina specialist. But unfortunately my experience at the office is consistently unsatisfactory. So much so that I am going to find another doctor. I arrive on time but always have to wait for at least 2 hours before seeing the doctor. The patient flow in this office really needs some work.

My experience with the Silver Spring office was bad for a couple of reasons, for one the office like to ask you about your personal information aloud which leave you open for identity theft. The staff there don't listen to you about your concerns which I I told them about a numbers of times. Next this company want to charge you for getting your own records on your office visits for filing taxes which should be free for all patients and I am going to be fighting hard for that.

I am impressed with the excellent medical service I received. Dr. Vu is indeed one of the best. The staff is very friendly. I have a very good experience and it was a great pleasure meeting Dr. Vu. Who is very much admired by everyone.
