Their truck crashed into my parked car one morning and then proceeded to rudely deny all responsibility, despite eyewitness testimony and time stamped photographs of the incident. Filing a claim against their insurance company despite having a police report which clearly documented the offense has proven to be an excruciating and time consuming experience. Worse, the accident could have been easily avoided were the foreman slightly less lazy. It was extremely foolish to attempt to steer an 18 wheeler into our narrow back alley in order to save the effort of having to carry a couple of windows an extra 30 feet. If you like to do business with a company that cuts corners, hires incompetents, is \insured\ in name only and does not take any ownership for its actions, I heartily endorse TW Perry.
The guys in the custom trim showroom literally never answer the phone. I get trim matched often and have never once gotten through to someone on the phone. It’s quite incredible.
Friendly awesome people work there!
