I should have called Silver State Forklift first. I called another repair company in town and could not get anybody to come out to look at my equipment. I called Silver State Forklift and had somebody out the following morning. The tech was a little later then they told me but they made up for lost time. Had my lift diagnosed, ordered parts and came out the following day and had everything up and running. And come to find out they are locally and family owned. I will always try to support Locally owned companies.

Called on Tuesday morning to request a forklift rental for Friday. Lady on the phone told me that I will get a call when someone returns from a run. Never received a call back. Today I called again to be laughed at for trying to rent a lift for the next day. Very displeased, would not recommend.

Silver State Forklift has outstanding customer service. I had an issue with my forklift and I called the "other" fork lift repair shop first. The parts guy seemed to be too busy to speak with me, and said that I needed to do all the parts research myself and then call them back. I called Silver State second and they were very helpful. They sent a service man over to my shop within a few hours. He looked at the issue for 10 minutes and told us not to worry. They took our broken parts to their shop and started repairs that night, (yes I said night) and had our lift running the next morning. It was not broken for more that 20 hours. The service men were very friendly and acted like professionals. I will continue to use them for all of my fork lift repair issues.
