Great service and for a great price! I called Swinks initially because they were the closest towing company near where my car broke down. I was a little hesitant because of the bad reviews but I decided to call them anyways and I’m glad I did. They answered within seconds, arrived in 10 minutes and dropped the car off at the mechanics in 5 minutes. The tow driver was polite and friendly, he showed up with a smile and answered every question I had. Overall I am glad that I chose Swinks and based on this experience I would recommend them to anyone needing a tow in Simi Valley.

Horrible company. Customer service is subpar. My car came back from their storage with new scratches and there was no accountability like you would expect from a scum bag corporation like this one. I would feel bad for anyone that has to deal with this 0 star towing service.

This company has Zero heart. The attitude of the woman Charlene in the front office was rude, hostile and condescending. The prices are ridiculous, I was charged 80.00 to tow my car less than 1/3 of a mile. There are SO many tow trucks in town, I would rather give my money to a company that is kind!
