It's super windy now. Our, (and several of our neighbors',) cans blew over. Our pickup guys were late, but with good reason: they were picking up everyone's blown-over cans. Bless them for working so hard under miserable circumstances. Thanks, Waste Management management, for putting these hard-working & dedicated crews in place.

For whatever reason, they took my trash cans without replacing them. Called them and they recognized the error. They told me it would be a few days and to just leave my trash outside when today’s winds have 40 mph wind gusts. So sad how a company that is making so much money and has no completion in the city can’t even give me a 24 hour delivery. Wish I had the option to get service elsewhere. I asked customer service to transfer me to a manager and they had me hold for 30 mins. Wish I new the name of the guy that did that on purpose.
Waste Management has provided perfect service for my father in Westlake for several years. The main manager, Mike, will go above and beyond for every customer.
3 days i was told they would come collect trash and for 3 days my bin sat on the curb waiting for them. If you wont collect it just tell me, not keep saying \we are on our way today
I know there's a lot of reviews with 1 star, but I just wanna say the times I've called them to arrange a pickup of oversized items (couches, refrigerators, etc), the people I've spoken with have been very pleasant and the pickups have gone without a hitch. So yeah, just a positive review based on my own experience to counterbalance all the negativity.
