Wayne did a great job at a good price. Wayne is very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. He kept me up to date on a regular basis on when project would be started and city permits done. I would recommend his company to anyone. Great job! The wife and I are very happy with our new patio cover!
Wayne put in an enclosed patio. It is my favorite room to be in. The only problem was/is waiting for the products to arrive. It took about 2 months for him to start the project. Everything finally got done except we are still waiting on the screens, four months later after the windows were put in.
Steve Simmons and his crew did an outstanding job on my patio cover. He listened to what I wanted and gave excellent recommendations on what would work. I wanted to make sure the patio cover was windstorm compliant and he had it engineered and permitted. I could not be grateful enough on the job he did. I Would highly recommend Steve Simmons If you want a patio cover installed.
I wanted my back patio screened in so I called Mr. Steve. He was very polite and understood what I was trying to explain on the design and color. He came out in one day finish my patio exactly the way I explained it should be. No hassle, no mess just very professional. I definitely recommend him to everyone. Still enjoying sitting outside with no bugs flying around
