Everything about my visit to the Litchfield location was positive. The reception people were friendly and answered my questions, the office was bright and clean and not busy. The technician who did my x-ray was friendly, efficient and professional. However, I did not know that x-rays are done on a walk in basis since I had called for an appointment at the Palm Valley location and was given an appointment. The person I spoke to knew it was for an x-ray. When I showed up at the Palm Valley location at my appointment time, the person at the reception desk explained about the walk in policy and told me that there was a 45 minute wait. I told her I couldn't wait that long and she kindly checked the Litchfield location and told me that no one was waiting for an x-ray. Fortunately it was 3 minutes away and I did go there. I don't know why someone gave me an appointment when one wasn't needed but I do think a little more training is in order.

Easy check in process, much of the paperwork can be submitted online in advance. Techs were very professional, efficient, and kind. Wait time was minimal, waiting rooms were not crowded. I’ll definitely return for necessary medical imaging.

Check in was easy on-line prior to my appointment. I was called in quickly and the actual imaging was done quickly. The tech communicated well what to expect and the process was very smooth.

Office was easy to find. It was very clean. The personnel from check in to administering my test were kind and efficient. My test results were called in to my provider in a timely manner.

I had a short wait and the place was packed. The individual who to took my blood was polite and professional. Gave me my options about a test that my insurance may not pay for and the cash price. Price was reasonable. Overall experience was great!

This was my first experience at this location and I highly recommend it!! Front office was great and didn’t have to wait long! I made my appointment online but it didn’t go through and they were able to fit me in due to a cancellation! One inside fir my mammogram the gal, Joveen was AMAZING— made it so easy and the 3-D equipment is so much easier to do!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Very easy to make appointment over the phone for my bone density test. Reception and check-in fast and courteous. The tech who performed my test was very professional and personable, introducing herself and explaining process. Highly recommend.
