Have to say, pretty disappointed. Made an order and the tracking info wasn't showing up. Okay, figured it would be an easy thing to check on. Two emails to their support group and 15 minutes on hold later, I have yet to make any progress. Sorry nuts, but you're sincerely disappointed me.

Terrible site, terrible customer service, so many sites that do what they do faster,cheaper,and overall higher quality. Don't recommend at all! Orders ship late and incorrect

Severe lack of consistency! You'd think anyone selling something \premium\ would have some sort of QC (quality control) in place. NOT Sincerely Nuts- One week you'll get something decent, and then the next time the same product will be complete junk from a completely different source. If you want to take a gamble on a 1-time purchase, then go ahead and try SN. But if you need consistency then look elsewhere because you won't get it with these guys.
