These people are so informative. Fixed my sewing machine while I waited. All ways a great experience.

Poor customer service skills. I believe they are this way due to the fact they are the only sewing machine store in town so their attitude is take it or leave it. Not surprised people travel to San Antonio just to get better service and better deals.
