Why am I getting charged on my debit every month for 24.99 for over 4 months?! This company is a fraud I’m going to report them.

I placed an order for a sewing machine through their website. The machine was returned to sender because they wrote the wrong shipping address on the box. Of course the machine never arrived they did not return my money even after they received it back in their warehouse. I will be calling the visa company and claiming it as an unauthorized charge.
