Jerry L, was very professional and respectful through the entire car buying process. He made it an easy decision to not only get the car but to also come back to the dealership for future business. He made sure to come off as a friend and personal rather then just someone trying to sell me a car. He answered every question and even added information I didn’t even know I needed. I went to the Toyota dealership at Sinking Spring, PA, and from beginning to end, the service was great. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the seller, Mike, was pretty great. He didn't pressure me into buying any car (which was my initial concern from things I've heard from other dealerships; this is my first time buying a car) and he responded all my questions with patience. Really good seller and dealerships, honestly. :)
