I've been battling with them for my unemployment for weeks. Customer service is perfect, but when I went down there only to hear that they \aren't taking any more claims\ , calling back, only to hear that they \didn't receive my proof of identity\, even though it was in my hands..... If you do business with them through this epidemic, have an attorney on your side. Worst Help Ever!!!

Happy that there is assistance for workers who get wrongfully let go, I can't tell you how many times I have heard people losing their jobs for petty or illlrgitmate reasons. I just hope that wages would go up with the cost of living; for example my rent recently went up 50 and I make 10 less per hour than I used to, now I lost the job and my rent goes up 50 MORE dollars AGAIN in may!!! It's just like the widening gap between the VERY WEALTHY and the now VERY POOR. Every year it seems like it gets harder and harder to either find a well-paying job and even harder to sustain it! Not to mention that for every one job that's created there are 5-10 more applicants competing for it. It scares me to think about the job market of the future and the struggle it will hold for my daughter and other children of their generation, my parents didn't even need a college education to get a job that was capable of supporting a family on a 40hr week, their parents had it even better; my grandparents would tell me tales of this thing they had called a \middle-class\. God, wouldn't that be nice...

The hours listed are a sham. Nobody answers the phone when you call in. All in all typical government workers marking time until they can retire.
