I told the sales rep I needed a wall jack. Waited a week for service, installer showed up and didn't talk to me, does the work outside and just leaves not confirming that the job was done. I tried to get help from customer service and that was a complete waste of time. They want me to wait another week for someone to show up again when it was their fault. Horrible customer service. The absolute worse company to deal with DO NOT ORDER SERVICE HERE.

Worst internet service in the world! I get nothing but the runaround. They are charging me for services I never received.call them and was transferred nine times to the next person and they said they could help but never did. Went to the brick and mortar website said they were open however doors are locked. If there is a way I could give him negative five stars I would!!!

Save yourself a great deal of aggravation and go elsewhere. As other raters have started, these folks are horrible. Every phone call is hours on hold with no resolution of the problem. 24 Jun, update: I finally resorted to their Customer Advocacy office. Problem resolved & refund credited to CC.

This company is a joke! Don't waste your time with them if you have the option. They were charging us high speed fiber optic prices that were supposed to run at \u003e100mbps and it only runs at 60mbps or less when we test speeds. We called Centurylink to tell them we need either better speeds or cheaper prices and they continually lied saying our speed was running at 150mbps. It was not(we know since my husband works with computers and network systems). Not only did they continue to lie, they treated my husband like a child while he was on the phone with them. We canceled our service and will tell everyone we know to avoid them at all cost. Would give zero stars if I could.

Paid our monthly payment for May and put in a request to cancel as we are moving out of our townhome at the end of the month. They did not ask for a date to cancel so it was instantly cancelled. We called the next day asking what was going on and they said we would have to make ANOTHER monthly payment for May to turn it back on. Struggled to even get a refund for the prorated amount we didn’t get to use for the rest of the month. This is after having them come fix our router numerous times through the past year. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
