Comfort Heroes scheduled quickly and got Clint out quicker than I would have expected. Clint was AWESOME. He got our boiler running again very quickly and he explained and answered our questions so that we know more as well. He was professional and clearly knew what he was doing and couldn't have been nicer. I will return to Comfort Heroes for all needs in the future.

Clint and his colleague arrived quickly and got right to work repairing our leaky shower faucet. They were pleasant, professional, and got our input throughout the process, giving us options, and letting us know about the costs. The repair was done swiftly and correctly. Called Comfort Heroes to set up an emergency appointment, and Alan got back to me ASAP. After I had made the appointment. I figured out the problem and figured it would be easy enough to handle on my own. I decided to call back and cancel the appointment. While I had Alan on the phone, I asked him a couple quick advice questions and Alan decided to go above and beyond and help determine the best possible solution for me through phone call and sending pictures. With Alan's help i was able to figure out that it was nothing more than a 10 fix. (Plus a new dishwasher...but that's a problem for future me) THANKS ALAN!
