MidCo is a strange company that has obviously not had enough competition in the Sioux Falls area. Their service techs are generally nice to work with and typically accommodating but any time you interact with their store and corporate people, you'll encounter a condescending attitude that makes it seem like they know they are probably your only option. The low overall rating is well earned.

Be careful of some technician from Midco, one of the technician I am sure he is Vietnamese who tried to steal my Business Secret. When the modem was off on 02/05/2021, they sent 2 technicians to replace just one modem in my tea store, actually the guy I mentioned earlier he didn't do anything about his job, but only took some photos of the goods in my store storage without my consent, Those things involved Business Secrets. I saw through his intentions on the spot and asked him to delete the photos taken in my store. Then he deleted it reluctantly and left embarrassingly. Later, after my investigation, it turned out that his relatives opened Vietnamese noodle ,donuts restaurants etc, and they also sold milk tea, but not as good as mine, so he wanted to steal my business secrets from me. For this kind of dirty business behavior, there are enough reasons to let Modco to Fire this employees with no professional ethics, but they only replied me : We're sorry for the Misunderstanding with the technician, that the photos taken have been completely deleted. Wether that is my misunderstanding or Midco company's Misunderstanding For such an obvious act of theft。 I think this is far from enough. He should be asked to resign to purify the company’s reputation. But I don't think they would do that. That is a shame! I caught the thief on the spot and told Midco what just happened,but they protected him. I think we need to do the business with other company like Century Link, it is an option.
During the times of covid-19. We called to restore our service only to endure rude hostile Behavior from Midco. Supervisor Christian was swearing and attacking me personally. Her supervisor Penny is trying to cover it up. The collection agency they want to collect on this account said they will not collect for them. Kudos to the collection agency. After two months of trying to resolve this issue they said they will never restore service at this address again. Midco's legal team refuse to call me or respond by mail.
Better hope you don't have to go into the store and deal with George or Brandon. Very unprofessional, yelling at customers, and yelling over the phone.
Discriminatory, condescending, poor customer service, and spotty internet. This is what happens when a company has a monopoly with no legitimate competition.
