This was my very first time eating here. I had heard it was excellent. I got the bacon chicken sandwich. The chicken was dry. Found hair in my food. The manager tried to dismiss the fact that i stated there was hair in my food. The fried pickles were soo greasy. Very gross. Probably will never return.

Delicious cayenne ranch chicken sandwich! Fries were amazing too. Just the thing we needed after sitting in the hot sun watching baseball all night. They were open late which was nice for us, and even though I’m sure all the employees had just ended their dinner rush, their quality didn’t budge! They were so kind to us. When I came back for the brownie jar dessert, the manager said she was so glad I came back for it! Made me feel good! Plus I got to keep a cool jar to take home to Rapid City. Love Slim Chickens on Louise!
The food is always great for a fast food place but I've noticed something really annoying the last several times I've visited. They have excellent real lemonade but the last 4 times I've ordered it they have brought me pink lemonade which is just the regular minute maid pink lemonade from the soda fountain. If you order curbside they will always bring the lame pink lemonade rather than the good stuff. I don't know if it takes longer to fill the cups or they don't have a dispenser where they prepare the food but 4 times in a row isn't an accident. The last time I went I finally said something and they went to the lobby to fill the cup so that's where my theory comes from. Total first world problems but it's annoying and a bit rude.
Great food and service to the table. Like culvers. The mushrooms are great too!
