If you have disabilities, don't go work for this place. They'll freely violate the Americans with disabilities act of 1990. Worked here several years ago. I was hired on as a class A commercial driver. I have a bad back that will require surgery eventually and driving the straight trucks causes me a lot of pain by the end of the day. They ride a lot worse than combination trucks. I provided my medical records to HR and explained why I couldn't drive the straight trucks but the bosses continued to keep trying to put me in one every morning and I'd have to go complain to HR. I swear they just draw names out of a hat each day for who will be driving what truck. Come winter layoff, I apply for unemployment and find out from the unemployment agency that they weren't keeping me on for the next season and that I'd have to apply for new jobs. I went into the office to ask Tom about it and he fed me a line about that being normal for your first season which was a lie. They had a kid several years younger than me that started in the spring at the same time I did. He wasn't forced to look for work for unemployment and he got rehired the following spring. And unlike me, he showed up late to work every other day, got yelled at constantly and they'd threaten to fire him. He'd disappear constantly with his truck, not doing his job. Yet he even got a raise the following season! Bad company
