Ineffective and poor leadership by current CEO. Would not recommend conducting business with him. Not trustworthy. Doesn't understand employee relations, nor how to lead from the front. Insecurities override his judgment and lead to disputes with personnel. The people doing the actual work are top notch, however they are led by someone who clearly should not be in a leadership role.
