We recently requested a Kinetico visit. we were surprised and pleased we were able to schedule a couple days out.. Our rep, Kevan, was informative, honest and caring. He wanted to do what was best for our situation. We purchased a system, set up a delivery and installation date. We are very happy with this company, sales and service personnel. Happy New Year!

Just moved to a house where there were some confusing plumbing issues. They patiently spent some time trying to trace the issues and provided helpful information and were even able to solve one of them while being honest about the potential need for more investigation. I would definitely recommend their services. I previously used Aquarius for a Kinetico home water system and will be using them again for HVAC service. Glad to know a trustworthy organization is available for all of these needs.
My husband and I had the pleasure of receiving not only quality and professional customer service, but on-site service for our plumbing needs. The plumber that arrived at our home was very professional and called us in advance to give us a estimated time of arrival. We were very happy with his quality of his work, at a great price. I would highly recommend both Kinetico and the plumber for any needs. We will definitely continue utilizing their services!
