This place is not customer service driven. They messed up my order, charged me for their mistakes by revising my initial order months later without communicating or approving the charges, and then caused more chaos in resolving the issue. I was cursed at over the phone countless times. If you are looking for help while on site, good luck. I have come here several times through the years but will not be back ever again. There are better shops and people to do business with.

Always lots of product, materials and parts on hand. Nice thing is they have many locations relatively close and will often find what your looking for in the event they don’t have something for you. Good people and seems like a solid business! Down side is they seem to close early sometimes during winter so make sure you call ahead if you need something!
