My experience with SiteOne was awful. I called Randy on a Monday morning to order some supplies. He asked when I wanted it, and I had said same day. It wasn't until he got my credit card information that he told me it would be Thursday. Thursday morning, I'm reaching out to get a time for delivery and he tells me it won't be until late Friday at the earliest. At this time, he charged my card for the full amount. I told him to cancel my order as I had found a place that could accommodate me same day. Bad customer service and bad business practice. I will never be back or recommend them to anyone.
