We visited your store on Lee Street a week ago and was very impressed with the great customer service that was given to us. Will was the first person we encountered and he was equally, friendly accommodating, and helpful to us.We lost him to another customer and Mike took over. Mike went above and beyond to explain and answer every single questions we had . We are very busy medical professionals and had no idea what we wanted. Mike was extremely attentive and patient and listen to all concerns. It was an extremely hot summer day and he no problem going back and forth until we had all the information we needed about the products. Mike has a caring approach and is a true professional.
