Sixteen50 has been my home for over 8 years. The staff is outstanding and will always be there to help. I have transitioned apartments 2 times and each time everything exceeded expectations. Great place to live. The grounds are well kept and I have experienced no issues. Ask for Denise, she is the best.

I am really looking forward to moving here from uptown in Dallas. The property is well managed and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I love all the amenities available and am excited to call this place my new home.

This is the worst apartment complex ever, do not waste your time. It is over priced and out dated. Leasing staff lies to get you to sign a lease and they send tow trucks through the complex to tow your cars. They try to over charge you when moving out and have terrible attitudes the entire time living here.
