Highly recommend these people. Had to call them several times for changes and they called me right back within hours. We got there half an hour prior to our reservation and were able to finish paperwork and orientation to get going on time. They gave us 20 minutes extra time to bring the boat back. Their price is the best in town. We’ll definitely rent from them again. And this time we’ll rent all day as opposed to half day. Thank you guys for everything. We’ll be back for sure!

Amazing experience!! Liam provided great service, very thorough with instructions, and friendly! I read several negative reviews about SK Watercraft Rentals but took a chance. It helped to call ahead and have all my concerns addressed before booking. The person I spoke to over the phone was polite and patient as I went down a list of questions. I rented back in June when the weather was partly cloudy and sunny, just right for cruising. We had a group of 6 adults and a child age 4 on the Scarab 215 and it was a comfortable amount of space for us. The speed boat was well maintained and interior was clean. Liam was very detailed when inspecting the boats underbody and all around for previous wear and tear. My advice to any renters, take photos of the boat and access any damages. Liam answered all our questions before we took off and warned us things to be cautious of on the river. On a half day rental we went down the river past the airport, stopped a few times to chill on the water and then went back just in time for the 4hr mark. I was really nice and scenic, everyone enjoyed it! I highly recommend renting from here and will be back before summer is over. Before going, do your research on the water levels, things to watch out for when driving, routes and small beaches to stop at. Follow the rules and use caution, we didnt have any issues and got our full deposit back. Satisfied with our experience! Big thanks to Liam!
I had a horrible ripped off experience 10 years ago on snowmobiles that the owner signed my name on a repair that wasn’t caused by me and knew it!! Ball point pen hole in the seat cover that was obviously been there since it was rush out of there since previous renters were returning as I was picking up and several other damages they claimed I did . Was actually thinking of renting them again to find somewhere to rent snowmobiles and came back here to see recent reviews and has not changed at all I see!!! Same RIP OFF as years ago!
I was definitely hesitant to book due to the mixed reviews. I will agree that it is likely you will not start your rental on time: the service is sometimes only staffed by one person, who has to do paperwork, give safety training / instructions, take pre-trip photos, and more. The company would be well served to staff at least 2 employees to manage the process more effectively. Definitely recommend that you arrive more than 30 minutes early. Once the rental began, however, I was still given the full 2 hours (suggest hourly rental vs all day / half day, so you know that you get your time's worth) and even a little bit more as the staff member was working on getting other boats underway. Bottom line is that the jet ski was in great condition and the rate was fair. Listen to the instruction from the staff, ride your boat Northbound and stay well clear of the shore, and you should have no problems and not run into anything that would damage the boat (and cause you to lose the deposit). Will likely rent again in the future.
Nice boats and watercraft in good condition for reasonable rates. I've used them a couple times now with absolutely no issue. Don't do dumb stuff and you won't get dinged with damage fees. Pretty simple. Love tooling about at a leisurely pace in a pontoon up and down the city . Very relaxing and such a cool perspective. With a clutch of friends, it's very reasonable. 4 hours tends to be the right length of rental unless you plan on stopping somewhere for a while.
