Unfortunately you can tell this was an afterthought. The concrete is meant for cheap parking lots, not skating. The ramps are nice but are useless because you'll be skating on rocks.

Good place to skate but it is very small area. Be better if it was more expanded largely. More ramps and rails and maybe a concrete pool put in.
