I despise leaving negative reviews and feel great remorse for doing so, however in this case I feel like I need to warn others. Rented 3 mountain bikes (around 120) for a Thursday in advance of our trip. I was on the phone with the guy as he walked me through the choices I needed to make for the reservation. Paid for and done. When we arrived to pick up our bikes, he then tells us that the Eagle Bahn gondola has routine maintenance on Thursdays....but for an additional he can drive us to a paved bike trail. This completely defeats the purpose of MOUNTAIN biking. Oh, and NO REFUND since we booked in advance online. NO APOLOGY or any remorse from this guy. I will never be able to promote a deceiving business like Ski & Bike Valet. Stay away! There are many more options available.
