I’ve rented skis for my kids there for more than 10 years and they always do a great job. I bought a pair of ski boots there yesterday and they took so much time to make sure I got the right boots and that everything fit great. I always think it’s a good sign when you see the same people working in the store year after year. Rich really knows what he’s doing!

Great customer service! I came here to buy new ski boots that ended up being too tight. I went back the next day and they allowed a full exchange. Smooth and easy, definitely recommend

I was in there on Sunday and the service that I received was amazing they were experienced and very polite I didn't buy anything from them when I was there but the experience that I had at that location had me wanting to go back again

Great customer service that went above and beyond! Ryan took care of 2 separate issues we had with 2 different ski manufacturers. He guided us through the process and made helpful suggestions to make sure that we were able to get our issues resolved quickly and easily. We will be customers for life.
Knowledgeable staff who give above average customer service at fair prices. The place is a little rag tag and "appears" disorganized but that's part of the charm.
