I recently moved to Chicago and this was my first visit to the Skin Care Center. I felt that the staff was courteous and friendly. The doctor was professional in her exam and helped me understand what to look for in terms of potential skin cancers (I had had a small basal cell carcinoma removed in 2020). Overall, it was a very pleasant and informative visit.

Everyone was super nice! Only complaint is i had to wait over my appointment time. I had an appointment for my son at 2pm but didn't get called back into a room until 2.20pm. Otherwise, everything was great!

Dr Carquiville is the best! She is knowledgeable and kind, and with great bedside manner. The office staff are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and professional. Free limited neighborhood parking, 8 garage parking for 2 hours, appointments required.

Dr. Berk is a very kind, gentle, compassionate and generous physician. He Was not rushed or in a hurry, he spent a lot of time with me. He addressed all of my concerns and he was very thorough. His nurse practitioner and assistant were amazing as well! I highly recommend Dr. Berk. This was the second time I’ve seen him. I definitely chose the right dermatologist.

I had a very amazing first visit with Elizabeth Russeau the nurse practitioner. I have struggled with acne and acne scarring for years. The plan she came up with for me has significantly made my skin better in a short period of time. She was very attentive and reassuring along with her bedside manner. Thanks so much Elizabeth!!
