From start to finish, the experience would rate a 10. When i called to make the appointment, his wife was very informative, friendly, and professional. When i arrived i was immediately taken care of and made confortable. The shop is very unique and clean. His assistant was training but she was awesome too. I had two piercings done and they are awesome. I am completely satisfied with how quickly and efficiently he worked. Its a very laid back atmoaphere yet you still feel like you have walked into a legitimate olace of business.
