My grandma was in Liberman for about 3years, they are always short staffed especially during the weekends. If you’re loved ones cannot eat on their own pray that someone actually feeds them. There are a handful of good nurses and they are expected to do everything for an entire floor of residents! They bring in outsourced CNA’s that have no clue how to care for elderly and sick people. I tried calling many times to directly speak to Scott about concerns and issues but it’s impossible to get in touch with Scott as all complaints are filtered by his secretary. Instead of getting a call back from Scott she would forward my messages to Ester the head nurse who has zero sympathy and empathy for families and residents. When calling to complain about a fall that left my grandmother with a fractured back and a bruised eye she said people fall we cannot monitor them 24/7. My grandmothers fall was due to negligence and she had the audacity to make it sound like it was not the nursing homes fault. My grandmother passed away months later, the fall contributed to my grandmothers steady decline. Lieberman CEO maybe you should start calling family members to get the real truth on how they are treated and also uncover complaints that get swept under the rug. Shameful.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is deplorable. They completely neglected my aunt, this is during the pandemic so she was allowed no visitors. her children were told she had very little time left and they still weren't allowed to visit, they weren't allowed to face time her, and the tv they brought her to keep her occupied was never turned on. When my family decided it was best for her to come home, she returned with bedsores from negligence and was shaken up and flinchy. I can't believe there are people in this world who are capable of being so cruel to an elderly woman and her family. Please do not bring loved ones here.

This place has been nothing but cold hearted to my family. I was in the middle of FaceTiming my grandmother, who is in her final moments of life, when someone in that facility hung up in my face and turned the iPad faced down. When I called to have them put it back up they simply said no and hung up in my face. God knows what’s going on that they had to face the camera down! What did you not want my family to see Lieberman?! Please do not bring your loved ones here. I am shocked at how heartless a facility could be during a time like this!

I have a friend who’s grandmother is currently in the facilities. Due to covid19, she’s been trying to FaceTime her grandmother but the staff keep hanging up the FaceTime and refuse to let her, even telling her that’s not aloud. That is absolutely unacceptable and no one should have to go through that. This facility does not care about your loved ones, or you. Do not waste your money on this place

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place has stripped the rights of my family and my dying grandmother. We received heartbreaking news that my grandmas vitals have dropped and she does not have much times. Due to the COVID-19 we were not allowed to see her to say our final goodbyes. However, we were allowed to set up an IPad so we can FaceTime her, that was later closed on us mid FaceTime call. When we asked to have it put back up, we were told that it’s against the policy to have it in there. We asked if residents were not allowed to use phones. They said they are but still refuse to put the iPad back up for us. Told us to wait until Monday to leave the director Scott a message and he will get back to us. Time is not on our side here. She is not promised an hour let alone a couple of days to wait for a response. This is just unethical. It is Easter Sunday, my grandmothers favorite holiday and we cannot FaceTime her or comfort her during her last phases of life.. DO NOT. DO NOT. DOOO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES RESIDE HERE. do your research. Read these reviews and please trust them.
