The wash was expensive and they rushed through it. Definitely not worth the price I paid, which is upsetting. After I left, the car was dripping water onto the paint and had accumulated dust drip marks all over. Even the grill looked bad. I ended up having to wipe my car down, when I shouldn't have had to for 25. Been going here for years, but unfortunately won't be coming back again. You can get just as good of a wash going through a drive thru.

This Place is Friendly and Efficient. I have been coming here for years and they always do a GREAT job!
Overall...They did a good job, however they removed my tire cover and did not put it back on I had to do it, I asked if they would put it back on and the supervisor said you can do it outside.The supervisor on Sundays is a bit abrasive and his main concern is how quickly he can get cars in and out. He was friendly when I came in but when he asked what wash I wanted and I replied just the regular wash there was a notable change in his demeanor.
Lucky’s has to be without a doubt the most thorough and detail oriented car wash in the Evanston, Skokie, Niles area. The time they take for a Works Wash is on par with the time I would personally take cleaning my car on my own. From the hand wash to compressed air blowout of all the seams to ensure the drips are gone is amazing. They take the time even to snap back in all weather floor mats, which most places I have been do not take the time to do. The wait can be long sometimes but it is worth it and for a reasonable cost of 22 for both interior and exterior along with wheel and tire dressing it is honestly unbeatable. I will continue to visit Lucky’s all the time for a good wash.
