Jessica is amazing. She’s extremely well informed and goes above & beyond to help customers understand what they’re buying (and why they need it). I was trying to buy items for my child’s new gerbil. She even texted a manager from another store to send me photos of that person’s home set-up for gerbils. Her staff was very friendly and helpful as well. This was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had in any pet store.

The grooming salon is awesome. The girls here really great with Luna, our fur baby. And they share all their knowledge and information about caring for your pet. Informed us about the puppy social classes, and the Vetco visits available. Love it.
They have a thoughtful corporate culture that considers the health of your pet. Their rewards program is good. Prices are a bit high, but good customer service.
They really love pets here! And guess what? They love pet parents, too! They are helpful, always great you as you come in, and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
I came here a couple times before and had no issue - their product selection is diverse and staff is usually nice. However, I recently went to return a food item because it was expired 3 months ago (I purchased it a week ago). The staff first refused to refund saying it was their corporate policy not to accept any returns regardless of reason. I spoke to the manager and he told me to come back after one month for a return (????). What if my dog had gotten sick ingesting the expired food. It is their job to take expired products off the shelves. Not safe. It was ridiculous and embarrassing. In the end, they decided to “make exception this one time” and refunded me. Still, it was crazy how I had to convince them not to poison my dog.
